Obviously mine is the poor persons version but I am still very proud of it.

Wholemeal pasta with Green Beans, Zucchini, Rocket and Homemade Pesto
(plus lots of garlic and toasted pine nuts)
My quick and easy lunch, almost vegan….parmesan in the pesto.

Stirfried Veges (Capsicum, Zucchini, Eschallot, Baby Bok Choy, Green Beans) with Garlic, Ginger, Cumin and Chilli with Hummus)
Stole this from my gf cos its sooo good and I am attempting a vegan diet to lose weight and clear my skin. yep.
DINNER! Lamb cutlets (I got my Centrelink this week ok), salad with all the best stuff (except pine nuts ): ), sweet corn and balsamic and rosemary jus. I am SUCH a Bachelor. ergh. Nothing special but was very tasty <3 Mikaila (non asian)
An amazing Seafood Laksa my (Mikaila) Dad made. It was soooo yummo. Mussels, prawns, squid and fish with asian vegetable and rice noodles. The broth had homemade South African Peri Peri so it was even MORE AMAZING! I LOVE YOU DAD
my mum made this Moroccan lamb stew-thing, it was delicious. Lamb, apricots, sweet potato, potato w/ cous cous with currants & fried onion
